 Are Cellphones Really Dangerous?

Many would argue that cell phones or mobile phones are impacting people in a negative way while some also believe the opposite. Which idea is right?

A cellular phone or a mobile phone is a small gadget hat is basically used to connect people thru calls and SMS or small message services. As technology advances, it now allow users to access the internet, take pictures, play games, and the list goes on. This device becomes more efficient than a telephone because telephone could only access contacts. 

DEVVA DUSTA said, "I don't know that cellphones are dangerous. But I don't know that they are safe". Well, the quote has a point. Yes, we don't know that cellphones are dangerous but we also don't know that they are safe.

Cellphones or mobile phones has a good impact to our community. If asked if cellular phones are dangerous, I would answer that though there are dangers if used excessively, they are useful as they aid in the learning.

"It can be seen that the new generation is being technophobic due to a great number of increases in modern technology and electric devices. The mobile phone is a handy device that everyone can use it for several purposes. Learning from the phone can provide both knowledge and fun to the students. For instance, students learn different types of knowledge by watching through cellphones more interestingly and deeply. Moreover, children can easily get knowledge from various fields at a time by just browsing on the internet. Mobile phones provide a platform to present the art and creativity to students. On the other hand, it comes with a large number of demerits. The over use of a mobile phone can lead to eye damage for young people. Also, it might provide a lot of false information and distractions. By involving in the virtual world, children might become introvert and less social. Not only studies but also may impact on child's physical fitness. Furthermore, it may lead the child to lonely and lack confidence. So that, limited use of mobile phones must be for children."

The existence of cellular phones is a blessing for this generation in empowering knowledge but the over usage of it may lead to many disadvantages and negative effects to the users. We have a choice to use it properly.
