INFORMATION ADVOCACY CAMPAIGN PERFORMANCE TASK

Assessment of learning in the twenty-first century does not only come with a pen and paper test. It also involves performance tasks which allow the learners show how much they have learned.

One of the good things in a performance task is that it does not only give you the learned concepts in a single subject area but it can also show their learning across subject areas.

The following videos showcase my students' outputs in making an Information Advocacy Campaign. In the following videos, not only the students show learning on what an Information Advocacy Campaign is all about but they also show their learning in ICT on the basic video editing skills, which tells us what kind of learners our 21st century students are.

The contents of their outputs do not not only give encouragement to the viewers but in the first place give a message to them, as the video creators, the importance of giving value to oneself.
