   We are all aware that playing sports can provide us with joy and strength in our daily lives. Sports is a physical contest in which individuals or teams compete against another. However, a lot of students prioritize their preferred sports over their studies and schoolwork. In addition, several students stated that participating in sports can lead to stress and injuries. Contrary to that, sports can assist people to boost their academic performance and give us hope to have a better life in the future.  Consequently, doing sports improves one's social life. Playing sports can provide you with comfort and enjoyment when you combine your academic and athletic pursuits.
